These are my cookbooks. As I am mobility impaired, I have made them simple to make, fast and yummy. In the back of each book are lists of where to find specialty ethnic ingredients and substitutes.
Each book starts with the mixes for the spices used in the recipes. You can make your own spice mix according to taste, or buy commercial varieties. The recipes will end up much the same. 🙂
